Host Rosie Mansfield is a London based nutritionist and life-long vegetarian that will visit areas of the UK with the highest rate of lifestyle-induced deaths in both urban and remote areas. A handful of willing locals will be chosen to attempt to follow the ‘Blue Zone’ way of life. A mixture of physical and mental health tests lead by a trained Doctor and Psychologist will be done to measure their: mental health, age bio-marker, cholesterol and weight. Rosie will lead and encourage them to cut down on their meat intake (80% plant-based), practice 80% full, nap once a day, connect with their neighbours, turn off all electrical devices after 7pm and go for a walk every day.
