Nasi Goreng-Style Cauliflower Fried Rice

Quinoa and Black Bean Veggie Burger

Time 30 minutes Serves 5 Ingredients 1 cup quinoa, cooked1 can (15.5 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained1 small onion, chopped (1 cup)2 cloves garlic, minced (2 tsp.)6 sun-dried tomatoes, drained and finely chopped1/2 tsp cumin1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper1/2 tsp paprika1/2 tsp sea salt1 tbsp nutritional yeast1 tbsp coconut oil, plus more for cooking Pitta breads raw spinach and natural yoghurt, to serve.
